The last four digits of the vehicle identification number are the manufacturer's serial number.
 The vehicle identification code (frame number) is the ID number of the vehicle. Every motor vehicle has this identification code, also known as the VIN code, commonly known as the 17 digit code.
 Specification: It consists of 17 characters (including English letters and numbers).
 Location: There is registration on the vehicle's driving license, as well as the lower left corner of the car's front windshield. There is no fixed location on the VIN nameplate of large vehicles.
 Composition:
 The first part includes three codes: the codes of the country of production, the manufacturer and the vehicle category, which are identified by numbers or letters (1-3).
 The five codes in the second part represent the characteristics of the vehicle. The meaning is determined by each manufacturer. The usage time needs to be checked in the instruction manual (4~8).

 Part IV: Production year code, expressed in letters or numbers, internationally used (10).
 Part V: Assembly manufacturer and site code, expressed in letters, determined by the manufacturer (11).
 Part VI 6 codes: production serial number, determined by the manufacturer (12~17).
