After the deal was concluded, one of the main business parks in Bedfordshire had been fully leased, and the leading suppliers of museums, libraries and galleries moved their headquarters to this location.
Kirkby Diamond, a commercial real estate consulting company, announced today that Conservation by Design (CXD International) has agreed to sign a five-year lease on the 10301 square foot warehouse unit of Newmarket Court in Kingston, Kingston, Milton Keynes.
Kirkby Diamond represents the owner CBRE global investors. Leasing means that there is currently no space available in the business park, which totals more than 100000 square feet. The occupiers include "big stone", "fast wear" and other related occupiers.
Luke Tillison, partner and commercial agent and industrial director of the Milton Keynes office of Kirkby Diamond, said: "Design preservation is very eager to find a new headquarters in a prestigious place, and can easily access the highway network.
"Newmarket Court is adjacent to the junction of No.13 and No.14 of M1 Highway and is considered as the primary business park of Milton Keynes. The company wants to move from its current base in Kempton, which provides an ideal location for the company's new headquarters."
