This application not only allows you to access the iTunes database, but also allows you to easily control music playback within your four walls. You can also browse movies, series, podcasts, playlists, etc. in the library. Another special feature is that you can play music from the Mac through AirPlay speakers without having to sit on the Mac.
 AirPlay speakers can also be grouped here so that they can be played synchronously on all selected devices and even in other rooms. This applies not only to AirPlay-2 compatible devices, but also to all AirPlay devices. On the other hand, AirPlay 2 must be used for multi room playback through iOS integrated music applications.
 In addition to adapting to the Super Retina display of iPhone X, Apple also adapted to the design of the application. This is more suitable for the system, reminiscent of older versions of music applications. This is not a bad thing, but it provides a good overview and quick access to the required media files. The fact that the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen can be adjusted independently is also very good - this is what we want in our current music application.
 However, for version 4.4, Apple recommends that you have iTunes 12.7.5 or higher installed on your Mac to ensure a stable connection.
