1. Shi Wengong is a character in The Outlaws of the Marsh. He served as a teacher in Zeng Family Mansion in Zengtou City, Lingzhou, and was highly regarded by Zeng, the leader of Zeng Family. His apprentice was Zeng Family Five Tigers.
 2. Zengtou City was attacked by Chao Gai and his army for robbing Duan Jingzhu's Zhaoye Jade Lion Horse, which was presented to Song Jiang.
 3. Chao Gai was killed in the battle by a poisonous arrow inscribed with Shi Wengong's name. Shi Wengong has become the public enemy of Liangshan ever since.
