    3. Quarterly preservation method

    Generally, lychees can be kept fresh in the freezer, but before keeping fresh, fresh lychees should be soaked in boiling water for 5 to 10 seconds, and then soaked in 5% citric acid and 2% sodium aluminate solution for no more than five minutes. After soaking, take it out and drain the water, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, and directly put it into the freezer for freezing.     1. If possible, the plastic bag containing litchi can be immersed in water. In this way, after a few days, the color, aroma and taste of litchi remain unchanged.     2. In order to preserve the color and fragrance of litchi, spray some water on the litchi, put it into a plastic fresh-keeping bag and put it into the refrigerator, and store it at low temperature and high humidity (2-4 ℃, humidity 90% - 95%).
