If Rivian chooses the UK, the company will invest "more than 1 billion pounds" on the website after Stellantis, the owner of Nissan and Vauxhall, recently confirmed that they intend to continue operating their UK factories and convert them into electric vehicles. Sky News believes that if positive decisions are made, "the automotive industry in this country will get further significant promotion"  。
 Rivian's European plan is currently different from that of his second US plant. As part of "Project Tera", the company is planning to set up a joint factory to produce cars and batteries. As Sky News said, it is said that the negotiation of a possible factory near Bristol "focuses on the Rivian automobile manufacturing factory rather than the battery" - but the negotiation "may still turn to the super factory"
 "Gravity" industrial park is located in the south of Bristol, close to Bristol Strait, and connected by M5 highway. The park provides opportunities for companies to purchase or lease buildings and land, and describes itself as a "blueprint for a smarter and cleaner future"
 Rivian Automotive currently has production facilities in the United States. In 2017, the company purchased a former Mitsubishi factory in Normal, Illinois, USA, where Amazon's electric transport vehicle and two first models R1S and R1T have been assembled.
