1. H7N9 avian influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by A H7N9 avian influenza virus.
 2. At present, human cases of H7N9 avian influenza in China are sporadic, and there is no epidemiological correlation between them.

 4. H7N9 avian influenza virus can combine with specific receptors of human respiratory tract, especially lung tissue, causing virus infection, and inducing cells to release a variety of inflammatory factors, leading to systemic inflammatory reaction.
 5. The main symptoms are high fever, and the body temperature can continue to be above 39 ℃, accompanied by cough, expectoration, dyspnea, hemoptysis, etc., headache, muscle soreness, diarrhea or vomiting may occur.
 6. The patients with suspected infection and confirmed infection need to be isolated. The main treatment methods include symptomatic support treatment, antiviral treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
 7. After infection with H7N9 avian influenza virus, it often progresses to severe pneumonia within 3 to 7 days, resulting in acute respiratory distress syndrome, multiple organ failure and even life-threatening.
 8. A few patients with cough and low fever as the main symptoms have mild symptoms and good prognosis.
