Enter the My Device option in the phone settings, click the option to restore factory settings, and click the button to clear all data at the bottom to return to the previous version.
1. Click My Device
In the phone settings, click My Device Options.
2. Click to restore factory settings
Click the option to restore factory settings.
3. Click to clear all data
Click the option to clear all data at the bottom and enter the password to return to the previous factory version.
