Error of replacing base plate of rotary excavator 10 ㎜
The drilling rig must be stable, regular, horizontal and positioned in place, and the error between the center of the drill bit and the center of the pile position shall not be greater than 10mm.
The diameter of the pile casing shall be 200mm larger than the diameter of the pile hole, and the length shall meet the requirement that the bottom of the pile casing enters the clay layer no less than 0.5m. The top of the pile casing shall be 0.3m higher than the ground, the inclination of the pile casing embedding shall be controlled within 1%, and the deviation of the pile casing embedding shall not exceed 30mm. The surrounding of the pile casing shall be backfilled with clay and compacted in layers.
