1. Unplug the toner detection plug in the toner bin to make the machine mistakenly think that there is still toner in the developing cache toner bin.
2: Install a new toner and plug in the test plug. Do not close the front door of the machine, turn on the machine to enter the maintenance mode, run 2220 to change the value back to the default value, then close the front door and run 2962 to automatically adjust the drum condition. During this process, the machine will automatically feed powder into the powder bin, and the drum sensor will sense the blackness. If adjusted, it will display success.
3: Execute 2902-003-10 to print the black and white grid diagram in the maintenance mode to verify the blackness.
4: Execute 2801 to lock the current powder feeding data matching. The purpose of 2801 is to tell the TD sensor under the carrier bin the conductivity parameters of the mixing ratio of toner and carrier.
