2. The village has 9 villagers' groups, 281 households in total, 703 people in total, 1043 mu of arable land, 95% of which is expropriated by the state. As there are many enterprises in the village, farmers' income is mainly from renting houses to collect rent and working in enterprises. The collective economic income is also mainly the management fees collected from project bidding and the rent of standard factory buildings. This road has achieved certain results. The village collective has built 8000 square meters of standard factory buildings, and now the annual income has reached millions of yuan. In the next few years, the development idea of Yangdai Village is still to rent the standard factory buildings, and there are 30 mu of land reserved for the third industry.
