Wang Zhonglin, male, Han nationality, born in August 1962 in Feixian County, Shandong Province, graduated from the School of Management, Ocean University of China, majoring in agricultural economy and management, with a doctor's degree in management. He started working in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1984.
