1. Zhao Shucong, male, Han nationality, born in March 1955 in Zhucheng, Shandong Province, has an on-the-job postgraduate degree and a master's degree in business administration. He started working in June 1969 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1973.
2. He used to be the Director and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the State Forestry Administration.
3. On October 14, 2017, the seventh plenary meeting of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to appoint Zhao Shucong, an alternate member of the Central Committee, as a member of the Central Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Party Constitution.
