1. Shantou interconnection line of Xiamen Shenzhen Railway, 11.87 kilometers of up and down railway will be built in different directions from Chaoshan Station of Xiamen Shenzhen Railway to Longhu South Station of Guangzhou Meishan Railway; 9.72 kilometers of up and down connecting lines will be built from Hanjiang Super Major Bridge in Xiamen Shenzhen Railway Section to Longhu South Station of Guangzhou Meishan Railway in different directions.
 2. The total estimated investment of the project is 3.76 billion yuan, and the total construction period is 2.5 years.
 3. The railway line adopts double track Class I railway, with a design speed of 120 km/h.
 4. It is expected that the Shantou interconnection line of Xiamen Shenzhen Railway will be completed and ready for operation on November 30, 2018, and can be put into operation after passing the test by the railway department.
 5. Shantou interconnection line of Xiamen Shenzhen Railway was officially put into operation on December 31, 2018.
