You can make your own tofu.
1. Soak tofu in salt water and slice it.
2. Boil the water in the pan. After the water boils, put the tofu into the pot and blanch it.
3. Then boil the oil in the pan. After heating the oil, deep fry the tofu in the pan until both sides are golden.
4. Chop the pre soaked agaric, onion, garlic, ginger and green pepper.
5. Heat oil in a pot, saute shallots, ginger and garlic, then put the bean paste into the pot, saute the red oil, and then put the tofu into the pot, stir fry for five to six minutes.
