1. Li Shilin, male, Han nationality, was born in Xianghe County, Hebei Province on January 25, 1950.
 2. He joined the work in 1968 and was a member of the Communist Party of China.
 3. He is now the managing director and deputy general manager of CITIC Group Corporation of China, and the chairman of CITIC Guoan Group Corporation.
 4. In April 1987, CITIC Guoan Group was founded, with Li Shilin as the chairman.
 5. On June 28, 2007, the total market value of Guoan Corporation was 162 billion yuan. Guoan Corporation is now a member of the APEC Joint Conference of Chinese Enterprises, the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneur Association.
 6. In 2000, the CITIC UNITA Guli Company was established, which made breakthroughs in the synthesis technology of lithium cobalate, lithium manganate and lithium nickel oxide, and achieved technological innovation and progress.
