1. Liu Ji (757-810), born in Changping District, Youzhou (today's Changping District, Beijing), was the son of Liu Bang, the general of the vassal town in the middle of the Tang Dynasty and the envoy of Lulong Festival in Youzhou.
2. He studied in Chang'an, was admitted as a scholar, granted Fan Yangling, and moved to Mozhou as a governor.
3. In September of the first year of Zhenyuan, Liu Bang died of illness and succeeded Lu Long, the envoy of Youzhou, to pacify Zhu Rong in the northeast, to pay homage to Si Tu, and to share the story.
4. In the fifth year of Yuanhe, he was ordered to crusade against Wang Chengzong, and he made great contributions to the war. He worshipped his servant and middle secretary, and was granted the title of County King of Pengcheng.
5. After he led the army back to town, it was poisoned by the second son, General Manager Liu. In the fifty fourth year of that year, he gave it to the Grand Shifu, whose posthumous title was Zhuang Wu.
