1. Preparation materials: a bag of vacuum rice noodles, two tablespoons of rice paste, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little white sugar, and a small handful of coriander.
2. Put water in the pot to boil, pour in a bag of rice noodles, cover and soak for three minutes, break with chopsticks, cover and stew for two minutes, remove and drain.
3. Heat the pan and drain the oil, pour in the boiled rice noodles, add two tablespoons of rice sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce and a little sugar.
4. In the middle fire, use chopsticks to stir fry rice noodles.
5. Stir well, add a little water, and continue to stir until the water is dry.
6. Add chopped coriander and stir well.
