1. Huang Zhiping, male, Han nationality, was born in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province in October 1961. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1982 and started working in August 1981. He has a graduate degree from the Central Party School.
2. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and director of the Agriculture and Rural Committee.
