 According to Article 49 of the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration, if a branch is cancelled by the company, ordered to close down or revoked its business license according to law, the company shall apply for cancellation of registration with the company registration authority of the branch within 30 days from the date of making the decision. To apply for cancellation of registration, an application for cancellation of registration signed by the company's legal representative and the branch's Business License shall be submitted. After the company registration authority approves the cancellation of registration, it shall take over the branch's Business License.
