Intellectual property is the embodiment of intellectual achievements and a kind of real right. Including patent right, trademark right and copyright. Intellectual property rights, as intellectual achievements, are generally developed on the basis of existing technologies, with new development and innovation, thus creating new intellectual property rights.
 The independent intellectual property is not a new kind of property rights, it is actually intellectual property rights. Just use this concept to illustrate that this intellectual property right (mainly refers to patented technology) has never been created in the world and is completely created independently.

 Intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights enjoyed by the obligee according to law with respect to the following objects:

 （4） Geographical indication;
 （5） Trade secret;
