The responsibility of the minor guardian is mainly to protect the personal safety of the guardian, manage the property of the minor, belong to the minor's legal guardian and also be the minor's legal agent, and represent the minor's criminal claim right.
[Legal basis] According to Article 27 of the Civil Code, parents are guardians of minor children.
If the parents of a minor have died or are unable to supervise, the following persons with the ability to supervise shall act as guardians in order:
(1) Grandparents;
(2) Brother and sister;
(3) Other individuals or organizations willing to act as guardians, provided that they are informed by the neighborhood committee or village in the place where the minor resides
The people's committee or the civil affairs department agrees.
