    The standard of disability grade of fracture is defined according to the standards of judicial expertise and labor capacity appraisal;

    Generally, it depends on the bone and joint injuries of the patient, and the simple fracture is generally about Grade 10. There is no corresponding compensation standard for fracture, only the result of disability determination.

    [Legal Basis]

    Article 7 of the Administrative Measures for the Appraisal of the Workability of Workers with Work related Injuries states that in the event of work-related injuries, the workers are disabled and affect their ability to work after being treated for relatively stable injuries;

    Or upon the expiration of the period of suspension with salary (including the extended period confirmed by the labor capability appraisal committee), the injured employee or his employer shall apply for labor capability appraisal to the labor capability appraisal committee of the city divided into districts in a timely manner.
