Agency includes entrusted agency and legal agency. The entrusted agent shall exercise the power of agency according to the entrustment of the principal. The legal representative shall exercise the power of agency in accordance with the provisions of law.
 If an agent fails to perform or does not fully perform his duties, thereby causing damage to the principal, he shall bear civil liability.
 If the agent and the counterpart collude maliciously and damage the lawful rights and interests of the principal, the agent and the counterpart shall bear joint and several liability.
 [Legal basis] According to Article 161 of the Civil Code, civil subjects can implement civil legal acts through agents.
 A civil juristic act that should be performed by the person himself in accordance with the law, the agreement of the parties or the nature of the civil juristic act may not be represented.
 Article 162 of the Civil Code states that a civil legal act performed by an agent in the name of the principal within the scope of his power of agency shall be effective for the principal.
