 If the party concerned has no illegal income, the administrative department for industry and commerce may impose a fine of not less than 20000 yuan but not more than 200000 yuan. If the circumstances are serious, the business license of an individual business or enterprise may be revoked directly. If the case constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to the public security organ for investigation of criminal responsibility.

 According to Article 8 of the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations, operators, in violation of the provisions of Article 14 of the Price Law, sell, purchase goods or provide services by raising or lowering the grade, or raise or lower the price in disguised form;
 Order correction, confiscate illegal income and impose a fine of less than five times the illegal income; If there are no illegal gains, a fine of not less than 20000 yuan but not more than 200000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, or the administrative department for industry and commerce shall revoke its business license.
