Movable property refers to the assets that can exist out of their original positions, such as various current assets, various long-term investments and various fixed assets except real estate.
 Real estate refers to immovable property according to natural nature or legal provisions, such as land, houses, exploration rights, mining rights and other land fixtures;
 Land products that have not been separated from the land, and other things that are attached to the land by nature or manpower and cannot be separated.
 In Article 115 of the Civil Code, property includes immovable property and movable property. Where the law stipulates that a right is the object of real right, such provisions shall prevail.
