According to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law of China, if minors commit robbery, they will not be heard in public generally. If minors agree to make it public, the court will decide whether to make it public according to the specific circumstances.

    [Legal Basis]

Article 285 of the Criminal Procedure Law states that a case in which the defendant is under the age of 18 at the time of trial shall not be heard in public. However, with the consent of the minor defendant and his legal representative, the school where the minor defendant belongs and the minor protection organization may send representatives to the scene.
