[Legal Basis]
Article 401 of the Criminal Procedure Law states that judicial personnel engage in malpractices for personal gain and deal with criminals who do not meet the conditions for commutation, parole or temporary execution outside prison;
If a sentence is commuted, paroled or temporarily served outside prison, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
