A divorce agreement can be invalidated if it is proved that:
 1. Prove that the agreement was signed under the threat or fraud of the other party.
 2. An agreement that stipulates that whoever files for divorce has no property. Those who propose divorce and go out of the home will often become the love commitment in the marriage property agreement;
 Therefore, either party will give up the idea of divorce and manage the marriage wholeheartedly. In fact, such agreements are often regarded as limiting the right to freedom of divorce and are invalid.
 3. Prove that the party signing the agreement is not a person with full civil capacity.
 [Legal basis] According to Article 143 of the Civil Code, civil legal acts that meet the following conditions are valid:
 （1） The actor has corresponding civil capacity;
 （2） True declaration of intention;
 （3） It does not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, and does not violate public order and good customs.
