    (7) Failing to pay remuneration for using a work created by others;

    (8) Leasing the originals or copies of their works or audio and video recordings without the permission of the copyright owners, performers or producers of audio and video recordings of audio-visual works, computer software or audio and video recordings, except as otherwise provided for in this Law;

    (9) Using the format design of the books and periodicals published by the publisher without permission;

    (10) Live broadcast or public transmission of his live performance or recording of his performance without the permission of the performer;

    (11) Other acts of infringement of copyright and rights related to copyright.
