Only when the following requirements are met can the right of reputation be violated:
(1) The act committed by the perpetrator is illegal, including libel, slander, etc;
(2) The fact that the victim's reputation has been damaged;
(3) There is a causal relationship between tort and damage consequences;
(4) The actor is subjectively wrong.

Article 110 of the Civil Code states that natural persons enjoy the rights of life, body, health, name, portrait, reputation, honor, privacy, marriage autonomy, etc. Legal persons and unincorporated organizations enjoy the right of name, reputation and honor.
