Compensation for industrial injury and disability of Grade VI is:
1. One time disability subsidy shall be paid from the industrial injury insurance fund according to the level of disability, and the standard is 16 months' salary for Grade VI disability;
2. Keep the labor relationship with the employer, and the employer will arrange appropriate work. If it is difficult to arrange work, the employer shall pay a monthly disability allowance. The standard is 60% of the salary for Grade VI disability;
3. The medical expenses shall be settled according to the expenses issued by the hospital;
4. One time disability employment subsidy: For the injured workers whose disability level is from Grade 5 to Grade 10 and whose labor relationship with the employer has been terminated, the employer shall pay a one-time disability employment subsidy based on the average monthly salary of the employees in the region in the previous year when the labor relationship was terminated.
[Legal Basis]
According to Article 34 of the Regulations on Work related Injury Insurance, employees who are identified as Class V or Class VI disabled due to work-related disability shall enjoy the following benefits:
（1） The one-time disability subsidy shall be paid from the industrial injury insurance fund according to the level of disability. The standard is: Level 5 disability is my salary of 16 months, and Level 6 disability is my salary of 14 months;
（2） Keep the labor relationship with the employer, and the employer will arrange appropriate work. If it is difficult to arrange work, the employer shall pay a monthly disability allowance. The standard is: Grade V disability is 70% of my salary, Grade VI disability is 60% of my salary, and the employer shall pay various social insurance premiums for him according to regulations. If the actual amount of disability allowance is lower than the local minimum wage standard, the employer shall make up the difference.
Upon the request of the injured worker, the worker may terminate or terminate the labor relationship with the employer, and the employer shall pay a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries and a disability employment subsidy. The specific standards shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
