The articles of association of the company may restrict the transfer of stock rights, and shareholders of a limited liability company may freely transfer their stock rights in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law.

Equity transfer between shareholders of a joint stock limited company shall be conducted at a lawfully established securities exchange or in other ways as prescribed by the State Council.

    [Legal Basis]

Paragraph 4 of Article 72 of the Company Law states that if the Articles of Association have other provisions on equity transfer, such provisions shall prevail.
