1. A contract whereby one party rents out a house.
2. The separation agreement signed by both parties.
3. The separation is mentioned in letters, emails and short messages of both parties.
3. Witness testimony from the surrounding neighbors.

(5) Electronic data;
(6) Witness testimony;
