    No, according to the Regulations on the Praise of Martyrs, the grandfather is a martyr, and the martyrs' families are martyrs' families, including the martyrs' parents, spouses, children, younger siblings under the age of 18, and other relatives who raised the martyrs. Sun Tzu is not among the survivors of the martyrs.

    [Legal Basis]

    In Article 16 of the Regulations on the Praise of Martyrs, survivors of martyrs who meet one of the following conditions shall enjoy regular pensions:

    (1) The martyr's parents or foster or spouse are unable to work or have a source of income, or their income level is lower than the average living standard of local residents;

    (2) The children of the martyrs have not reached the age of 18, or have reached the age of 18 but have no source of income because of disability or being at school;

    (3) The brothers and sisters who were supported by the martyrs before their death were under 18 years old, or they were over 18 years old but had no source of income because they were in school.

    The survivors of martyrs who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph and enjoy regular pensions shall be issued regular pensions by the department of affairs for retired servicemen of the people's government at the county level in the place where their residence is located, and shall receive certificates to receive regular pensions.
