 In Article 16 of the Regulations on the Praise of Martyrs, survivors of martyrs who meet one of the following conditions shall enjoy regular pensions:

 （2） The children of the martyrs have not reached the age of 18, or have reached the age of 18 but have no source of income because of disability or being at school;
