 In Article 239 of the Civil Procedure Law, the period for applying for enforcement is two years. The provisions of the law on the suspension and interruption of the limitation of action shall apply to the suspension and interruption of the time limit for applying for enforcement.
 The period specified in the preceding paragraph shall be counted from the last day of the period of performance specified in the legal document; If the legal document stipulates that the performance shall be carried out by stages, it shall be calculated from the last day of each performance period specified; If a legal document does not specify a period of performance, it shall be counted from the date when the legal document comes into force.
