    Whether a doctor's practice in another place will constitute a crime of illegal practice of medicine depends on the actual situation. If it is due to natural disasters, epidemics of infectious diseases and other reasons, it does not constitute illegal practice of medicine.

    A doctor who changes his place of practice shall go through the change procedures, except for those approved by medical, prevention and health institutions for supporting agriculture, consultation, further education, academic exchanges, undertaking tasks assigned by the government, and free clinics approved by the health administrative department.

    If a person who has not obtained the qualification to practice medicine, without authorization, carries out an operation for restoring birth control, a false birth control operation, an operation for terminating pregnancy or removing an intrauterine device for another person, if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also, or shall only, be fined;
