Those who sell fake and inferior products shall be fined not less than the equivalent amount but not more than three times the amount, and all their illegal income shall be confiscated; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
 If a crime is constituted, the punishment shall be determined in accordance with Article 140 of the Criminal Law:
 1. If the amount of sales is not less than 50000 yuan but not more than 200000 yuan, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than two years or criminal detention and shall also, or shall only, be fined not less than half but not more than two times the amount of sales;
 2. If the amount of sales is more than 200000 yuan but less than 500000 yuan, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than two years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined not less than half but not more than two times the amount of sales;
 3. If the amount of sales is more than 500000 yuan but less than 2 million yuan, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years and shall also be fined not less than half but not more than two times the amount of sales;
 3. If the sales amount is more than 2 million yuan, he shall be sentenced to 15 years of fixed-term imprisonment or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined not less than half but not more than two times the sales amount or be sentenced to confiscation of property.
