    lawful. If a female employee's maternity leave expires and one of the following circumstances is met, her position may be adjusted:

    1、 Both parties reach consensus through consultation;

    2、 If an employer adjusts the position of a worker to meet the needs of production and operation, it has the right to arrange reasonable positions according to the employees' own conditions.

    [Legal Basis]

    In Article 35 of the Labor Contract Law, the employer and the employee can change the content of the labor contract if they reach consensus through consultation. The alteration of a labor contract shall be in writing.

    The employer and the employee shall each hold one copy of the revised labor contract.
