The maximum exercise period of the preemptive right is 15 days. If the notice does not specify the period of exercise, or the period specified is shorter than 15 days from the date of service of the notice, it is 15 days.
[Legal Basis]
Article 11 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Property Title of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China (I): If there is an agreement between the co owners of the shares during the exercise of the right of first refusal, the agreement shall prevail; If there is no agreement or the agreement is unclear, it shall be determined according to the following circumstances:
（1） If the exercise period is specified in the notice containing the same conditions sent by the transferor to other co owners, the period shall prevail;
（2） If the notice does not specify the exercise period, or the specified period is shorter than 15 days from the date of service of the notice, it is 15 days;
（3） If the transferor fails to notify, it shall be 15 days from the date on which the other co owners in shares know or should know the final equivalent conditions;
（4） If the transferor fails to notify, and it is impossible to determine that the other co owners by shares know or should know the final determination of the same conditions, it shall be six months from the date of transfer of the ownership of the joint shares.
