The party concerned may bring a civil action to the people's court and demand the other party to repay the arrears.
If the promissory note has an agreed jurisdiction, it shall be executed as agreed; If there is no agreement, a lawsuit can be filed to the people's court where the defendant is domiciled or the people's court where the contract is performed (where the plaintiff is domiciled).
