You can negotiate with others who owe money and have a receipt. If consultation fails, a lawsuit may be brought directly. If the repayment can be negotiated, the repayment can be made in installments or extended.
 If the negotiation fails, the borrower shall bring a lawsuit in the court of the debtor or the borrowing place with the valid loan voucher. In order to prevent the debtor from transferring his property, he can apply for property preservation as soon as possible after filing the case. The court makes a judgment or mediates according to the trial situation. Mediation is carried out on the basis of the consent of both parties. If the debtor still fails to repay after the judgment is successful, it may apply for compulsory execution.

 In Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law, a lawsuit must meet the following conditions:
 （1） The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person or other organization that has a direct interest in the case;
 （2） There are definite defendants;
 （3） There are specific claims, facts and reasons;
 （4） It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and under the jurisdiction of the people's court to which the lawsuit is filed.
