Those who whistle illegally or use horns in violation of regulations will be fined 100 yuan and no score will be given.
 Driving a motor vehicle shall not commit any of the following acts:
 （1） Driving when the doors and carriages are not closed properly;
 （2） Hang and place objects that hinder the driver's vision within the front and rear windows of the motor vehicle cab;
 （3） Call and answer the handset, watch TV and other behaviors that hinder safe driving;
 （4） Turn off or coast in neutral gear when going down a steep slope;
 （5） Throwing objects on the road;
 （6） The motorcycle rider leaves the handlebar or hangs articles on the handlebar;
 （7） Driving a motor vehicle continuously for more than 4 hours without stopping for rest or stopping for rest for less than 20 minutes;
 （8） Sound the horn in the area or road section where honking is prohibited.
