 When a spouse is cheating, he or she can collect evidence, sue for divorce, and demand compensation from the party at fault. If he or she uses the joint property of the husband and wife to support a mistress, he or she can demand return and compensation from a third party.
 However, if it is from other aspects, it cannot be claimed from a third party. However, compensation for damages can be claimed from the wrong spouse at the time of divorce.
