The woman may also sue for divorce if she does not have the man's ID card or household register. When a divorce case is brought, the complaint should specify the name, gender, age, native place and current address of the defendant, followed by specific claims, facts and reasons. Therefore, it does not matter if there is no ID card of the man.

（3） There are specific claims, facts and reasons;
