Our laws clearly stipulate that the payment period of alimony is generally until the child is 18 years old. In addition, the child has reached the age of 18 and can live independently. Under the condition of normal intelligence and spirit, the child is an adult with full civil capacity, and the parents no longer bear the legal obligation of upbringing.
