Bereavement leave is generally provided for the death of spouse's parents. The immediate family members of the bereavement leave include parents, spouses and children. In the process of specific implementation, if the parents in law or mother-in-law pass away, they are generally included in the scope of bereavement leave. The days of funeral leave are generally three days. However, if an employee needs to go to another place to take care of the funeral when his or her immediate family member dies in another place, he or she can be given another leave according to the distance. The employer shall pay the wages during the funeral leave as usual. If an employer embezzles a worker's salary, the worker may complain to the labor administrative department.
