The impossible divorce procedures shall be consistent with the national divorce procedures. The procedures are as follows: if both parties reach an agreement, they shall sign a written divorce agreement and apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration authority; After application, a 30 day calm period for divorce is required; Within 30 days after the expiration of the period, both parties shall go to the marriage registration authority to register for divorce and obtain a divorce certificate.

 If the couple divorce voluntarily, they shall sign a written divorce agreement and apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration office.

 Within 30 days after the marriage registration authority receives the divorce registration application, if either party is unwilling to divorce, it may withdraw the divorce registration application from the marriage registration authority.
