The upbringing of children born out of wedlock shall be the same as that of children born in wedlock, and shall be supported by both parents. If the agreement or judgment is for one party to support the child, the natural father or mother who does not directly support the child born out of wedlock shall bear the maintenance fees for the minor child or the adult child who cannot live independently.

Children born out of wedlock enjoy the same rights as children born in wedlock, and no organization or individual may harm or discriminate against them.
The natural father or natural mother who does not directly support a child born out of wedlock shall bear the maintenance fees for the minor child or the adult child who cannot live independently.

Both husband and wife shall equally enjoy the right to bring up, educate and protect their minor children, and jointly undertake the obligation to bring up, educate and protect their minor children.
