There are two ways to divorce:
 1、 Divorce by agreement can be handled at the marriage registration office as long as both parties agree to divorce;
 2、 Litigation divorce must meet the legal divorce conditions, that is, the relationship between husband and wife has really broken down before divorce can be allowed. There is only one reason why there are no children. You can find more reasons to prove that your relationship has really broken down in combination with the provisions of the Marriage Law.
 Article 31 of the Marriage Law
 Divorce is granted if both men and women wish to divorce. Both parties must apply for divorce at the marriage registration office. The marriage registration authority will issue a divorce certificate when it finds out that both parties are indeed willing and have properly handled the problems of children and property.
 If one of the men and women requests divorce, the relevant departments can mediate or directly file a divorce lawsuit with the people's court.
 The people's court shall conduct mediation in the trial of divorce cases. If the feelings are really broken, the mediation is ineffective and divorce is allowed.
 Divorce shall be granted if mediation fails in any of the following circumstances:
 （1） Bigamy or cohabitation with others
 （2） Committing domestic violence or abusing or abandoning family members
 （3） Gambling, drug taking and other bad habits persist after repeated education
 （4） Separated for two years due to emotional discord
 （5） Other situations that lead to the breakdown of the relationship between husband and wife.
 Divorce shall be granted if one party is declared missing and the other party files a divorce lawsuit.
